Today, I'm weighing in at 137 this morning ... so I think I'll see a loss this week at my WI tonight. Can't remember what my weight was this time last week ... so we'll see.
Whatever I weigh tonight ... I'm happy with my progress.
In January of 2004 (after baby #3), I lost about 40 pounds with Weight Watchers. When I keep up the basics of the plan, it works. I went from a size 12 to size 4. Since then, I've been a dieting yo-yo - going up and down by 10 or so pounds several times. 2008 is my year to commit to one entire year of the Weight Watcher "basics" - weekly meetings, journaling and daily exercise ... I'm just hoping to break my yo-yo diet cycle and be a size 4 for the whole year!

You're down to 137? Hmmm I better make that 5 instead of 4 workout days/week.
